Our molded pulp products have deep cavities and curved edges, and we struggled to get uniform coverage with our old spray system. This spin coater solved that problem. The high-speed rotation forces the coating into all the corners and sidewalls evenly. We also like that we can customize the fixture design to hold our specific product shapes securely. The precision dosing pumps are very accurate, and the coating thickness is consistent batch after batch."

We purchased this single station spin coater for our pulp molding coating test. The machine runs smoothly, and the coating layer on the workpiece is even and consistent. It is simple to operate, we can easily adjust the rotating speed and coating time according to our product requirements. Maintenance is easy, and spare parts replacement is convenient. The coating recovery system on this machine is fantastic. We use a relatively expensive barrier coating, and before this, we were losing a lot to overspray and waste. With the recovery system, we're getting over 90% utilization. The servo-driven rotary table runs smoothly and the indexing is precise. The only small issue we had was fine-tuning the exhaust air volume for our specific coating, but the supplier's engineer helped us dial it in."
